By using the PDFluent SDK or website, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Upon payment, Innovation Trigger BV grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PDFluent SDK according to the tier you purchased (Lite, Plus, Professional, or Unlimited). The licence is limited to the number of developers, locations, and products specified in your tier. All licences are perpetual for the version purchased.
Upon purchase you receive a perpetual licence for the current version of the SDK. The first year of updates and email support is included. From year 2, a maintenance plan is required to continue receiving updates. If you do not renew maintenance, your existing deployment continues to work on the version you paid for — indefinitely. Only access to new releases and support ceases upon non-renewal.
Trial licences are valid for 30 days and are intended for evaluation purposes only. Production deployment requires a paid licence. After trial expiry, the SDK will return a clear error on initialisation.

Certain usage rights require a separate add-on purchase. Add-ons extend the rights of any base licence tier. They are activated immediately upon purchase — the confirmation email and order ID constitute the authorisation document. No separate licence file is issued.
OEM Redistribution (+€1,999)
Grants the right to bundle and distribute the PDFluent SDK as part of a compiled commercial software product sold or distributed to end users. End users of your product do not need their own PDFluent licence. This add-on does not grant the right to build a competing PDF SDK or document-processing platform, or to redistribute the SDK as a standalone developer tool.
Air-gapped Deployment (+€1,499)
Grants the right to deploy PDFluent in environments with no outbound internet connectivity. Licence validation operates entirely offline — no network request is required at runtime. This covers on-premise installations, isolated cloud environments, and government or regulated deployments where outbound connections are prohibited.
The PDFluent SDK and all associated documentation, code, and materials remain the intellectual property of Innovation Trigger BV. Your licence does not transfer ownership.
All prices are in EUR, exclusive of VAT. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue (NET-14), or NET-30 for Enterprise customers with a purchase order. Failure to pay within the grace period may result in licence deactivation.
Paid licences include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If PDFluent does not meet your needs, reply to your licence delivery email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Paid licences include email support (no phone or 24/7 support) with target response times as follows: Lite — best effort; Plus — 48 hours; Professional and Unlimited — 24 hours. Support covers SDK-specific issues only — not general programming assistance or third-party integration debugging.
The SDK is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovation Trigger BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the SDK in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate your licence if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the SDK and delete all copies. Your perpetual rights survive termination only if termination is due to non-renewal (not breach).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active licence holders at least 30 days before taking effect.
